Highlights of the MCG Tour include . . .

The Hallowed Turf

The tour takes guests down the the boundary line of the hallowed turf, directly in front of the player bench, between the race the players enter the grounds from. Take a moment to soak it all in, and smell the fresh grass of the hallowed turf.

Player Changerooms

Moving down the player race, you will get to go inside the change rooms to see where the athletes prepare for their game. Open the lockers, view the spa area, access the coaches briefing rooms and media area.

The Long Room

The famous Long Room is reserved for MCC members and has a strict jacket and tie rule on match days. View the classic portraits, memorabilia, and sit on the couches usually reserved for 50 year members.

Ron Casey Media Centre

Down teh corridor lined with the vintage portraits of the very first player cards, you will be taken inside the commentary boxes to see where each radio station calls the game live, and visit the journalists dedicated area.

Members Reserve

One of the most prestigious memberships, the MCC Members list has over a 30 year wait list. This tour will show you inside their sacred stand, as you visit all four levels including one of the best viewing points in the stadium on level 4.

Art Collection

With over 1,500 pieces of art, the MCG Tour will take you through some of the highlights of the collection – including the famous tapestry that was commissioned to celebrate 100 years of the Melbourne Cricket Club.
