I joined the MCG culinary team in early 2023, and it has been one of the proudest achievements of my career. Working at Australia’s most iconic stadium is both an honor and an exciting challenge, allowing me to contribute to a world-class dining experience.
Born and raised in Mauritius, I was surrounded by local and organic produce, thanks to my father, a retired farmer. This upbringing deeply influenced my food philosophy, shaping my passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients. Melbourne’s vibrant food scene and multicultural diversity inspire me, and I love incorporating these influences into my work.
A strong advocate for empowering women in the culinary industry, I have always questioned the lack of female representation in professional kitchens. I am committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone—regardless of gender—feels valued and empowered to thrive.
