What you will do:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement: Manage and grow relationships with major sporting organisations, government departments, Tenants, Members and committees.
  • Reimagine stakeholder events: Bring a new and creative perspective to stakeholder events.
  • Represent the brand: Attend high-profile events, meetings and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and showcase the MCG experience.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with culinary, operations and event teams to deliver seamless experiences for stakeholders and members.
  • Be accountable: for revenue growth, and managing a strong sales pipeline of events

What you will bring:

  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and confidence.
  • Strong understanding of sporting culture, hospitality and event operations.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills—you thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • A creative, solutions-focused mindset for elevating member and stakeholder experiences.
  • Tech proficiency across Microsoft Office and Momentus event platforms.

  • Ability to work with Momentus, Microsoft Office, and other event related platforms
